Google s apparently testing the appearance of the Google Partner logo in search results when such an agency's URL appears.
The author of this article was unfortunately unable to replicate this discovery, but he interviewed the person who did. This individual was able to see this result in the first page results in the UK with the keywords "digital marketing agency".
In the past I had the opportunity to test such experiences by Google before an official update. Last time was a few months ago before Google had launched the Mobilegeddon update. Will Google launch this new update as well?
