Manager for Business Development Telemarketing

Job Description

Under the direction of CyberPublicity’s Vice-President, the Junior Account Director will contribute to the acquisition and maintenance of outbound telemarketing campaigns.

Your main objective: Promote CyberPublicity’s marketing services to B2B clients and participate in retention strategies. In addition, you will be responsible for managing new sales and existing portfolios within your sector. You will be asked to apply your skill set and sales knowledge to create quality solutions that serve to the best interest of our customers.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify business opportunities within CP’s marketing sector
  • Operate outbound calls in order to maximize B2B client base
  • Manage sales cycle
  • Participate, prepare and engage in business solutions
  • Present CP’s digital marketing services to new customers via telephone
  • Attain sales objectives (80% of your time will be spent on the phone)
  • Follow up with clients and propose new solutions
  • Represent CP at events and among other organizations

Qualifications :

  • Ability to multitask and work on various projects at once
  • Advanced writing skills in French (English a plus)
  • Experience in telemarketing and cold calls
  • Business etiquette
  • Good sense of humour and motivated to learn
  • Ability to surpass monthly sales objectives
  • Team player
  • Proven track record of results
